What is a RTT™?
RTT™ is short for Rapid Transformational Therapy. It is an award winning therapy that is a type of hypnotherapy with elements from psychotherapy, neuroplasticity, neurolinguistic programming and cognitive behavioural therapy. It gets to the root of the problem and through series of techniques brings about the changes we want in our lives.
What is clinical hypnotherapy?
Clinical Hypnotherapy uses a meditative and relaxed state called hypnosis to address medical, psychological and physiological challenges like anxiety, pain, phobias, confidence, self-esteem, trauma, limiting beliefs and more. It is safe and has nothing to do with pendulums :) or stage hypnosis... It is used to alleviate pain and offer relief and practical solutions to real life problems.
What is a Fasting Lifestyle?
A Fasting Lifestyle honours the natural rhythms and evolutionary design of humans as a species. It recognizes the innate wisdom within us and incorporates it into our modern lifestyles in a way that has been explored and recognized by science. It works towards restoring the homeostasis within us- If I had to use an analogy- it puts our health and wellbeing train back in its tracks through lifestyle adjustments and tweaks.
Why is it important to women?
Women have a complex hormonal hierarchy and are very sensitive to our surroundings and modern ways of living. It is very easy to get off the rails, but with the right knowledge and tools, we can make sure we thrive and live the best lives we are capable of. It is an exciting journey to be part of.
What is fasting?
Fasting is simply leaving enough time for the body to regulate its processes. As humans we were never meant to eat constantly. Our biological design is naturally meant to go from periods of eating and not eating (fasting). Knowing when and how to eat gives the power back to our body to regulate itself and achieve its maximum potential- it has encoded in us, we just need to utilize it. Fasting is not starving- it simply means eating your food in a defined window. How long does that window need to be- this is where I come in to help you customize it to your specific needs…
Why stress is important?
Short-term stress can be motivating and beneficial, but when it becomes chronic, it can have profound consequences, especially for women. It may lead to hormonal imbalance, mood swings, weight gain, mental health challenges and more. An awareness and excellent coping skills are vital for a balanced and healthy life. Achieving those can be easy with the right knowledge, tailored to you.
